Need help choosing a camera for the holidays

I am new to the forum, I am not sure if this is the right place to post (mods feel free to move to the right location), im looking for a camera that has the following:

1. Great picture quality
2. User friendly
3. Touch screen display
4. Dual views (Front and rear)
5. Affordable ($100-300)
6. Design: sleek, not bulky

Please list some recommendations, your help is greatly appreciated.

but i heard Nikon Coolpix's had crappy reviews for their picture quality.
