Unhappy Minolta Dimage A2 CF Door Problem

I bought a nice new Minolta Dimage A2 and have noticed that the cf door will not close properly with and without the memory card inserted. It seems that the eject lever comes out too far and it really annoys me. Everything else works well but I just cant use it with the door open.

I think I will need to get a replacement as this appears to be a fault but I was wondering if anyone else has had the same problem?

    Update

Spoke to Amazon UK (where I bought it from) and its going back tomorrow for a replacement.

On the plus side, I never have any problem with Amazon Customer Services and the camera is almost £300 cheaper than in the shops over here.
