I am not a wedding photographer, but as someone who has LIVED through 4 weddings over the last three years this is my humble opinion. I like the black and white shot the best and I agree it's a great shot. The background isn't perfect but if it was she would probably be posing and the moment would be lost. I think a tighter crop, if possible, would really add to the picture. You wouldn't get distracted looking at the background.
