Possibly not the cheapest, but great service.
The Canon EF 10-22 L USM lens I bought on 30 Dec was faulty.
I went back today and it was exchanged, no quesitons asked, for a new one within 10 minutes of going in the shop.
I could possibly have saved 10-15% buying from an internet shop in the channel islands, but by the time the nes was exchanged with them - the F1 test would be over.
It's not just about price, it's also about service - which was excellent.
