UK - Park Cameras (Burgess Hill)

Possibly not the cheapest, but great service.
The Canon EF 10-22 L USM lens I bought on 30 Dec was faulty.
I went back today and it was exchanged, no quesitons asked, for a new one within 10 minutes of going in the shop.

I could possibly have saved 10-15% buying from an internet shop in the channel islands, but by the time the nes was exchanged with them - the F1 test would be over.

It's not just about price, it's also about service - which was excellent.

Just a warning about Park Cameras after sales service. Make sure everything you buy from them is perfect, because their returns dept is appalling. I returned a Tokina 16.5 - 135mm lens to them 13 weeks ago and still have not got it back. What is worse is their total lack of concern. I have had to chase this lens and they have done nothing except make excuses about it not being their fault. I will never use this company again.

Strange, I had a 1DmkIIN where the AF area didn't match the led illuminated AF points.
They just swapped the body on the spot for me.
Maybe it's a difference between Canon service and Tokina service?
