Hello everyone! I am new and excited to be here ^^ Anyways here are some photos I took during the spring when I first started into photography. Far from my best but what do you think? Any pointers for next spring?

Well hello, mobius121, and welcome to our community!

You can start by posting images a little larger :) I recommend going 640 pixels on the longest side.

Secondly, you can start by shooting NOW. Don't wait until next spring :p

Thanks for sharing. I hope you'll stick around and join the fun.

Thanks for the reply! The pics are thumbnails that you can click ;) Also yeah I plan to go near the mountains and find some snowy scenery so that will be exciting!

Oh, I see now. But you have to click twice - and I'm lazy :p

One pointer: I see that your subjects are the spring blossoms but having an uninterrupted wall of flowers is a bit overwhelming. The eye seeks a resting point. Find a section that has something to break up the pattern and you will see a difference.

Thanks for the pointer ;) You mean kinda like the one with the sky showing or is that still a bit too much? ^^

More like #3 but imagine a one off-colored flower or a bird amidst the sea of flowers. Something to provide a visual break.

That would be really cool. I will have to keep a look out for something like that! :)
