Unfortunatly I don't have any of myself shooting as I usually shoot alone, too.

PS, The meta data says 4 seconds at f5.6. Not wanting to be boastful and all, but it was actually 2 weeks at f8 and handheld ... and the best two weeks that I've ever had.
