    Yellowstone in May

Thinking about going to Yellowstone in May next year. Have any of you been then and how was the photography?

    Re: Yellowstone in May

That may be a little early, Yellowstone is TALL country. The park will be waking up, but check on road closures(or openings)that early. I don't think the east entrance or Beartooth pass is open that time of year. The road from Livingston to Cooke City is open year around and should be passable that time of year. If the south entrance isn't open then it will be a LONG drive to get to Jackson and Teton NP.
