Here are a few that I took recently around NYC. The first I call "The Landscape Van." It was parked near the Rite Aid in Astoria, and had a generator in back that was powering the Christmas Tree seller outside. He blocked up the windows with landscape photographs. I couldn't take the picture I wanted because all these *people* kept walking on the sidewalk into my shot. Darn humanity!
The next is a shot I took yesterday morning right outside my apartment door - the decoration in my building lobby. The bow is taped on with brown packing tape. I love simple expressions like that.
The last is a silly shot I took of the Stock Exchange. I still walk there every day at lunch, even though the protests have petered out. (Check out my blog over in the PR blogs section for my latest entry from there. I had 24 prints ordered of the series, and I'll be posting some of those to continue the series.)
Posted from La Guardia Airport, by the way!
Happy Holidays, one and all.
