A winter day in the yard.

We got about 7 to 8 inches of snow last night and this morning. First time in 5 years I've seen snow over one inch that lasted more than 30 minutes. So I packed the camera with me while playing with the kids.

Nice! I like the BW one especially. And a very nice snowman. Given that this is the first time you've seen good snow in five years, I'm guessing it was a first for your kids? That must have been spectacular. Great shots.

Thanks. Actually the black and white one isn't There just wasn't much color in the scene at the time, overcast and snowing.

Cool. I guess I need to look closer. But it is neat how the weather factors into the amount of color in the scene.
