Windy City Weekend

The wife and I spent the weekend in Chicago. We checked out the Shedd Aquarium, Navy Pier, The Field Museum, and Millennium Park. It was a fun weekend, and one I hope to do again. I would have liked to have been on the lake for sunset for some night time cityscape shots, but that will have to wait till next time. Here are a few of my favorites from the weekend.

Funny how different these northern cities are in the summer. My memories of Chi-town are all cold and windy. BTW, I've decided it's nearly impossible to take a bad shot of the Bean...

Wow! Nice shots. I was in Chicago once. Never left the airport until I got on a plane. That was early '70s.

This was only my 2nd trip to Chicago, other than going to the airport. The wife and I talked about going back in the fall, once the kids are back in school!
