    Why is it......

Why is it that a kid can always jump higher, run faster, throw harder and kick farther when he sticks out his tongue? And I've noticed that sometimes it even helps to close your eyes.

    Talking Re: Why is it......

Now that is a good question! Never thought about it, but it's true.

These are great photos - excellent color and very sharp. Great composition too. It won't be long before little Grandson is in one of these pictures sticking out his tongue. ;)

Cause they want to be like Mike?

Great photos, Old Timer. Both of these and the ones you posted on the Sports board are awesome.

Funny you should say that Liz as you know my grandson Jach is just three months old. His Mom Stephanie is our oldest child at 30. Yesterday while at this soccer match I ran into one of her grade school boy friends, same age, who had just moved back to town. After a reintroduction he started introducing me to his kids. At one point I had to stop and ask just how many he had. The answer kind of floored me this very successful 30 year old had 7 children. I somehow feel that my kids are letting me down.

Thanks I know they are not great sports photos, but is was a lot of funny taking them and seeing how much the kids enjoyed themselves. There was no pressure here just go out and have fun.

    Re: Why is it......

Yes, the whole tounge thing...I do it to. I'll have to scan in the newspaper photo. But when the photo was taken (I was a winner of a Lego building challenge back when I was 13) and the shot of me that ended running in the paper, there I was intently "working" on my creation, my tounge sticking out.

    Great shots BTW
