What are you going to do when you get 73

Here are a few quick shots of a friend of mine, Bob. He is 73 years old and still working smokes 2 packs a day and drinks 2 shots of whiskey a day. He is a retired Rockwell worker and Volunteer Fire Fighter. Oh ya he is on his 6th wife, she is only in her early 60's. Wow what a guy.

Amazing - hope I have that much energy at that age.

What's a Rockwell worker for the Brits?

At the rate that my wife and daugther spend I'll still be working!

Well, here by me, Rockwell refers to the company formerly known as Allen Bradley. Not sure what they make, but they have a really big clock.

Rockwell is a company that makes truck rear ends, it was like the only good paying job here in Newark Ohio. It provided work for local residents for years. Around here most uneducated workers are factory workers. Old Bob never even learned to read, the man has a heart of gold and a back of steel. He is a joy be spaek with and be around. I talked to him earlier today and his wife just turned 60. What a guy. The fire dept. I work for wasn't created until 1962, Bob and a few other locals are the first to serve. They didn't even get a fire truck untile 1964. You just can't find people like him anymore.

I just hope I make it to 65, let alone 73.
