    What is it?



    I'll give you a hint. It's white, but I upped the contrast due to underexposure.

    Nope, not a part of a window air conditioner.

    Pic has been rotated only to be right side up, it was taken in portrait mode.

    The drain area on the hood of a car - I think just under the windshield wipers is where it is. Do I win a prize?
