A few P&S shots with the Minolta A1 and Konica Minolta A2.
There are times when a 1DSmkII and 70-200 L IS are not the right combination

All these are straight out of the camera, shot in raw and converted via lightroom.
Constrained on output to 640x640 maximum and reduced to quality 97.

I'll do some editing and post-work on them sometime, but it's rather hectic at work right now with 3 major new IT systems going in at once.
Oh and a 4th on 8th January. Weekends and evenings are for work, aren't they?
