Still Standing

Passed a few old disused properties as I drove my grandson home. This one fence post is still standing in the middle of the paddock. The ground is strewn with lime stone. Very hard life for farmers in this area - mostly sheep grazing now.

Awww, it's kind of sad, isn't it? I love stuff like that though. Here in NC there are tons and tons and TONS of old abandoned tobacco barns --- where they would hang the tobacco to cure. I need to take some pics of those sometime.
