    Trading Spaces fans?

TLC (cable show) had Trading Spaces designer Frank Bielec at a local mall...and a friend and I got to meet him and get an autograph...yeah!

He was glad to pose for pictures and one of the assistants was taking shots...

this is the cheesiest thing i think I may have ever done---but it was fun and he was very nice.

    I Love Frank!!!!!

    I am SUCH a fan.
And Frank is one of my favorites!
His children's rooms are the best.

He really tries to make a room based on the people's personalities, unlike Hildi who creates crazy rooms *regardless* of the people's personalities.

I still think Rick should try out to be a carpenter on the show!

Rick would be great for the show

I like Vern and Frank and Genaveve....

Rick would be perfect because he knows what he's doing and he's cute to boot

'cept he's too creative to be in THAT environment for too long...let's ask him?

    we could nominate him

frank was really nice he even skipped lunch to sign extra autographs...

he made decorative lampshades and candlesticks/walll sconces made out out of plumbing supplies...pretty cool

That's great. I once had this fantasy of one of them buying a few of my photographs and then using them in a room on tv...

    Hildi needs to die.

That being said, I have never watched the show in my entire life...honest...

    He said Hildi

was one of the warmest most genuine people he had ever met and that she was wicked smart...even spoke five languages fluently... He said she comes across as nasty and hard...but she's very gentle and sweet-- she has attention deficit disorder and that attributes to a lot of her "attitude" she comes across one way and really is another....

with that said death to---- Doug! Frank said he was one of the biggest womanizers and chauvinists ever... that's the scoop...

I won't tell anyone about you not watching the show...

    I'll do it...

as long as I get to work alongside that cute blonde chick from "In A Fix."

Since when did carpenters get HOT?!

I'm not good enough, cool enough, or pretty enough to be on those shows.

But... I am working on the "pretty" part ;)

    Thanks for the nomination.

I was serious about the blonde...
