Took my OM2 out of storage today.

Put new batteries in the body, new batteries in the winder and a roll of Fuji pro 160 loaded in.

Time to start using her again, I think. Sigma 24mm on, and the view finder is like watching a film in cinema in widescreen compared to the olympus. Wow, never realised how much you can see! rofl.

The problem which will take some of glow of of it, is processing. The scans made by film processors are the pits, and doing your own doesnt help.

That depends on the scanner. A good scanner costs money about $600 and up. And I have a nice old scanner flat bed which will do a great scan of 120 film and up max 4X5 inch, but for 35mm film it sucks as the max optical resolution is 1200DPI. But the Nikon Cool Scan does a great job on 35mm and the cartridge what ever it is.

The only problem to get good scans you have to be clean and take your time. If you try to rush you will not like the output.
