Took my 70-200mm F/2.8L IS for a walk today

I gave my 70-200mm F/2.8L IS a little go today with the excellent weather we are having.

To me, its not very heavy. I'm not all that built up either.. I guess I'm just used to it now after the year or so of owning it..

That lens kills my wrist to be honest. I even bought a medical wrist support, with a metal bar in it, for when it's on my camera, OR, I put my arm across my chest, with my elbow sticking out to form a triangular shape, and rest the lens on my forearm.

I can handhold the 70-200 or 100-400 all day, but not the 300mm.
I've been having trouble getting used to panning on a monopod...

recent photos of you show exactly why you have no trouble with those lenses! im going to bet your muscles get in the way of your panning.. haha..
