    Tess

    She's now beyond settled in.
Not content with her pen, she's now guarding the remote.
I now have to fight her to change channels.
Oh and she is demanding paper so she can write to her friends.

Beautiful tortise shell! Brings back fond memories of my once "best friend in the world" Scardycat (may he rest in peace).

Looks and sounds like you've got one 'cool cat' there, Paul.

She chose me when we went to the sanctuary.
Doesn't seem this year that Loseley (my avatar) died in my lap after 24 years, almost half my life spent with that cat.
And then I get picked by another "naughty tortie" with attitude.

Losely spread the word or sent a message as to what a fine companion you'd be, I think.

24 year old cat? That's amazing! Losing them is hard. We have a 13 year old beagle that doesn't have a lot of years left. We have outlived a lot of animals. - TF

    Re: Tess

Huh, we think she left a user's manual for the house.
How to get tuna, how to get bed space, how to wake the pink blobs in the morning, the rules of bed-mice hunting, why not to bite the toes, why sleeping on her hip is so good, why sleeping on him is second best, who's who in the neighbourhood ... I'm sure it's all in a little instruction book, probably under the bath or somewhere.
