    teacher appreciation luncheon

Since I am on the volunteer list at our school, I was tapped to make a dessert. Because I really appreciate our teachers...

I usually don't like strawberries, but these are delicious...great work and I bet the teachers enjoyed them greatly.

    Adina,

That's not nice sending the teachers the photo's. I thought it was teacher appreciation luncheon not punishment:lol:

Just had breakfast half an hour ago, and now I am hungry again; Thanks.

Would you mind if I try this at the next dinner party.

I'll have mine with a nice cup of French Roast. Thanks for thinking of me.

    Re: teacher appreciation luncheon

    Thanks guys.

What's funny, is this is the easiest contribution I've ever taken. Once it was stuffed cherry tomatos, various brownies, all things that took time and effort.

I have a mini crock pot, it holds about a cup. It came with the larger one, and at the time, we joked about how dh could make soup at his desk. Perfect for melting chocolate. Doesn't burn it, and I don't have to stand over it. So I put the chocolate in, check on it every half hour or so (only took about an hour to melt) washed the berries and dipped.

The strawberry festival is coming up in Cedarburg, we'll be making some more. If anyone is in town in mid-June....
