    Talking Have Faith People

I've got the Picture Project software loaded on Dawn's computer, but I don't PS Elements loaded here. So I've been downloading photo's onto her computer, then forwarding them to mine. I've got the first few resized and will be posting them soon (hopefully this afternoon).

I'm hoping the IT guy will get by soon and load Picture Project onto my computer. We're networked, and it takes an administrator (read IT guy) to load anything onto your computer. Once that's done, it will speed up the process tremendously. :-D

    Re: Have Faith People

Dude, just dump your card into a folder on your computer via a card reader. No need to have software to get them off ;) From there, edit them with any software(PS, thumbsplus, paintshop, resize it.... whatever). Enough of the bogus excuses, I want an image of you holding the D200 from your coolpix to PROVE to us you aren't pulling our leg

    hahahaha

    Congratulations again!

That's one beautiful camera! I'm looking forward to seeing the awesome pictures from it. BTW, what lenses do you use?

BTW, what lenses do you use?

The images are up in a seperate post. I've got more to come...

    ;-)

The lens I'm using most these days is my Nikon 80-200mm f2.8. It felt very awkward taking it off the F5 (those two were made for each other!) and putting it on the D200. But the 80-200mm is the lens I'm using most these days. Some guys shoot a lot of wide angle stuff, I shoot a lot of telephoto stuff.

I also have a Sigma 28-70mm f2.8, which is probably my second most used lens. Then there's the Sigma 105mm macro that came with the F5. The F5 was a package deal, which included three lenses, a SB-28, a light meter (L508) and a camera bag. I never would have bought a macro lens just to have a macro, but it is a great lens.

Then there's my trusty Nikon 50mm f1.4, which I like for astrophotography and low light work. Last but not least is my Quantaray (made by Sigma) 70-300mm f4-5.6. That was my most used lens until I got the 80-200mm.

    Adina!

    Really!

That's hitting below the belt girl. I may not be a Photoshop whiz, but I've been using a Coopix 5700 for a couple of years now. I've got 8776 shutter releases fired on it. Not to mention the Coolpix 3500 I used for about a year. Or the Coolpix 800 I used before that

Hey, I'm still waiting for an answer to my question to you. What do you consider a lot of photo's? In reference to your comment about me posting a lot of photo's of Dawn. The first four are up....
