    Some good news........

I don't want to count my chickens before they hatch but I got this e-mail from Shepards spinal clinic yesterday. I hope it works out. I owe this to a lot of members here at PR for taking me in and teaching a few tricks. Man this is a cool place to hang out.

    Hi Greg,

I want to introduce myself, I am the new Arts Specialist at the Shepherd
Center in Atlanta. Katie Murphy, your former Recreational Therapist gave me
your name and I've seen your amazing photographs on your website. I wanted
to tell you about an opportunity we have to partner with a new non-profit
organization that is forming called Art on Atlanta, to see if you might be
interested in participating. Art on Atlanta's mission is two fold: 1) to
help promote the work of Georgia artists and 2) to raise funds for Shepherd
Center's therapeutic recreation program and help promote the art work of
    current and former patients.

Art on Atlanta has asked me to help identify several current and former
patients who have benefited from our programs during their time at
Shepherd. Their plan is to feature one former patient each month on their
website along with pictures of their work, a brief biography, and a 1.5
minute video clip where the artist talks about their work as well how the
    programs at Shepherd benefited them.
They also plan to have several shows throughout the year at various local
galleries where you could exhibit and sell your work.

Please let me know if this opportunity is something that you would be
interested in. I look forward to hearing from you.

Good to have your work recognized, Greg.
I'd be nervous about the video clip though.

Greg, I guess you can list me as a "silent" admirer of your work... up til now.
When I first read about your accident you were on my prayer list.
I have always taken time to look at all you posted pictures and admire your style and subjects.
The most recent that I have not commented on is the shot from Berry.
That is a great shot. Now I'd like to see several of your efforts on the waterwheel.
Continued good luck with the new project and complete recovery.

Thanks Norris, I have a couple on my website of the wheel. I actually won a Contest through Staples of the wheel. It is certainly a beautiful subject. I tried to get to it during the last snow but they closed the campus to visitors.
