Some first images with the new XTi

Returned to Riley's Farm this morning to try out the new XTi. These were shot using the factory settings because I've yet to customize my own.

I think I'm gonna like having the advantage of 10.1 megapixels, as well as the ability to control the on-camera flash and shifting of the white balance at my discretion.

Lenses used were my Sigma 18-24mm and 28-80mm (+ Hoya circular polarizer), except for the first one which was shot with the EF 50mm f/1.8.

Nice work, Shrackman! I really like the first two. The colors look great and everything is nice and sharp. Congrats on the new camera.

These are lovely photos, beautifully composed and the colours are excellent to.

Very nice Ray!! I'm looking forward to a full report on the XTi once you get a chance to put it through it's paces.
