I went for a skate ski tonight on the local trails. This is a mountain bike area in summer and doesn't always get enough snow to ski so the years it does are special.
I saw some nice clouds around when I left work and hoped they would contribute to a nice sunset. Well those clouds disappeared but the alpenglow was especially nice tonight. Once it got dark I had to rush back to the car because the temperature really dropped.
I skied with my K-5 and 40mm pancake on a Black Rapid R Sport strap. It worked well enough for a shot ski but I don't think I would want to carry it like that all day.
