    Re: Show us your.....

I got a little excited when I saw the title of this post, but settled down a bit after I opened it. Rain and in the low 40's here this morning. Really pretty miserable to be out in. Stepped out of the office and took a shot or two looking up and down the street. They are with the office Sony Cyber-shot DSC-S650

    Yesterday

This might be the last real ride of the season here in Northern Utah. When we finished there was ice on the toes of my shoes and my sports drink bottle was pretty much a Slurpee. The creeks along the trail were all frozen and there was visible frost for most of the ride. Needless to say, my fingers and toes were numb. I wish it would just start dumping for real so I could move on to skiing. Although I have done some skiing, so far winter has just been teasing us.

    Re: Show us your.....

I was pleasantly surprised when I woke up to some fresh snow! I walked out the door to go to work, and turned around and went back inside to grab my camera. I lasted 3 hours at work before I had to leave to go play in the snow. Work is only a couple miles from a State Park. I didn't venture too far from the truck since there were lots of hunters in the park.

    Clouds!

Those are incredible clouds, Barry! I like how you left just a little slivver of the hills at the bottom - just enough to give the clouds scale - but not enough to overwhelm the clouds. I think I would have been tempted to overdo the foreground. But this image really is - and should be - about that powerful cloud formation.

Rick, isn't Nor Cal fantastic?! I wish it would rain a little though. We need it! I'm taking pictures of the rain if we get what we're forecasted for today! *hopeful*
