Lots of attempts I prefocused and then stood in the same spot every time, or as close to it as I could get. There were lots where the focus was on the back of me or out in front of me. Eventually I got it down. Thanks for the comment!

Well, geez Charles, I was going to copy that one for my next SP, but now it's gone, and I can't.

Adina's been busy, but will have some time tomorrow, hopefully, will get you some new ones. Unless I'm painting my wall red, then you might get that.

SP, SP.. what is an SP?

I've put the photo back in my User Gallery (on this site) with a few others. I'm still working on the results of this shoot, there were lots of killer shots.

I'm busy all the time but I've decided to drop some activities (example: sleep, tidying my apartment, MEETIC) to work more on photos.

Here is this weeks addition to the thread. I found myself out with Joy and her sister this weekend, while in a gift shop I snapped a couple of my self. I broke the ear piece on my glasses just a few minutes before these shots, but I didn't let that stop me.

You said "this weeks addition" Larry...you mean we are suppose to put ourselves through this living hell every week...I think not. I don't think the tilting glasses do you a bit of harm.

No not at all Dana. Only what you are comfortable with. Since I started the thread I just thought I'd boost it along and try and keep it fresh.

Great thread, OT, and everyone has put some great photos in here. I'll add a couple... shot last weekend in Patton Creek. 3 off camera flashes used for light, one through a shoot-through umbrella, the other two used as cross light and back light for separation.

Wow! Nice job Brad. I usually do self portraits of opportunity, like when I happen to see a reflective surface or as I am passing a mirror. You went to a lot of trouble to really come up with a good one. Way to go.

i think that one i was actually stopped at a red light, but whats the difference between using my left hand to change gears or snap a quick photo? (besides the fact that i used my right hand in this one)
