    Schrack is back! online

    Hey folks!

Well, I finally have dsl once again. My wife and I have moved to Banning, where I am now pastoring Banning Landmark Missionary Baptist Church. It took us a while to get here because we realized we were in a position to purchase our first home, and it just closed escrow two weeks ago. Now, we are in the process of fixing up the inside the way we want it. The picture below gives you an idea of what the previous tenants did to the inside of the house...they decided they wanted Raiders colors for their interior decor!!!! Probably the reason why the previous owner of the house kicked them out and decided to sell it. The next picture shows what work I've done to the living room--fresh paint and laminate wood flooring. Still got some work to do but it's coming along just fine.

Thought I'd drop in and let you all know I'm still around...just haven't had any time to do much photography. But once I'm done fixing up the house it's back to the clicking the shutter once again. But I will at least leave you with one cloud picture that I took here in Banning. See if you can guess what the shape of the cloud resembles.

Looks to me like the Raiders banner that was on the wall of your house...

Just kidding ya, Schrack. Good luck with the house. I've spent most of the summer painting and fixing up mine, too...

    Re: Welcome Back!

thanks everyone for your kind words! yes, we are excited about our new home, and even more excited working with the church here in banning.

brian, i would be glad to come and help you, after of course you come and help me finish my house.

as for the cloud picture...having spent some time with the chickens up at my previous employer's house in acton, i couldn't help but see a rooster in the cloud.

    Talking Wecome Back....

To being on line and being back at PR!

Congratulations on your new house, and on being the new pastor!!! Lots of responsibility there, but I'm sure you're up to it. Why am I not surprised that you're a baptist? (I am a baptist too!)

Have you heard this one? How will you be able to tell the baptists in heaven? We'll be the ones with the covered dishes.

As for your third photo...my first thought was a goose. But the head looks a little blocky, so then I thought a dragon. You asked....

    Welcome back buddy!
