    Ruby Mountains

I was in California all last week. On my way back to Salt Lake I took a little side trip to the Ruby Mountains. Those of you who look at my photos and posts regularly might remember that I've made a few stops in and around the Ruby Mountains. They are a hidden gem in Northern Nevada and currently one of my favorite places.

I'm posting a couple of photos here. But I posted a nice story with more pitchers in my Photo-John Blog.

The photos were all taken with the recent Canon PowerShot SD850 IS point-and-shoot digital camera. I'm very impressed with it and a pro review is in the works. It should be done in the next few days.

    Re: Ruby Mountains

Every time you post your adventure shoots of the west I get the urge to pack up the car and head that way. Looks like I'll have to add the Ruby Mountains to the list now.
Don't forget about the Gallery. Are your photos there??
