Rooftop Evening in Dallas - 12 Images.

I spent some time on a rooftop in Dallas last weekend and took a few long exposures. Some are slightly artsy and some I just thought were cool.

Most of the night shots are around 10 or 20 second exposures with a 200 iso. Various aperatures and other settings.

I'd be thrilled to see some opinions if you have some to share. I'm still a rookie, but I felt like these came out pretty good. I really love taking long exposure shots...

Nice shots. Looks like you were up all night

These are fine, just the way they are. If you want to add something to the sky, trying shooting around dusk/dawn when the sky is a deep blue. It will add a contrast to the yellows and oranges of the city lights.

    Good work!

This really works well - there are a few minutes after the sun goes down when the sky is really dark but still has a little blue in it - not totally black yet. Nice shots though, I really like the motion blur of the people by the sign.
