    A Retrospective

First of all, a very happy and peaceful Christmas to all of you!

Secondly, at this time of year I want to acknowledge the big help and encouragement of many of the members of this forum over the past couple of years. There is no doubt in my mind that our forum has played a significant part in the development of my photography. My grateful thanks.

To mark this, I have done up a slide show with 60 of my favourite images, which I think encapsulates something of my own photographic vision.

    You can see it at:

The music, incidentally, is the Jeff Buckley version of 'Hallelujah'.

    Blessings

Wow, Mike - such wonderful images!

You seem to have achieved "invisibility" in that your subjects don't seem to see you; or when they do, they don't seem to mind being photographed by you.

You are a gifted photographer. And we are honored to have you here. Thank you for your contributions.

    What's a Loupe for anyway?

Beautiful presentation, and photographs. Unfortunately the slideshow "hangs" for me at the half way point

jetrim ... sorry about that - it's a web-based service and I must admit I haven't had any problem with it. Still, I'm glad you liked the bit you could see.

    Cheers
