    Resting in Peace

Shot this with my F717 this morning. The light was great.

Nice shot, Andy. There's a veteran's cemetary in L.A. that I've been wanting to shoot for a long time. Just haven't gotten up early enough to do it!

Cool lighting affect. I like it. But I would crop out the sun. It takes my attention away from the stones.

    Very nice

I think the sun makes this photograph. Just enough flare with the lovely, quiet, green setting below makes for a nice effect. Thak you for posting.

I also think the sun lends a bit of "heaven and earth" aspect to the photo.

I have about 7 other shots of this same scene, none had the sun quite like this one. Awkwards, that's exactly what I was going for - the feeling that someone or something was watching over the peaceful slumber of those in this field.
