    Question to you all

I was thinking, wouldn't it be fun to photograph something...socks, a small book, etc and then send the object on to someone else, of course posting the photographs here? It would need to be something small, light weight, non-breakable and non-icky ;) Maybe even add patches, stickers, autographs, etc to it?

    Ideas? Sound fun?

    /Nicci

The camera around the world thing is fun! I took Rufus out exploring a couple of abandoned factories, he came to work with me. We had a blast!

yeah that I have seen that thread, but I can't travel that is why I thought mailing an object would be interesting.

You don't have to travel, Rufus and his camera does the traveling (Via the Postal Service). All you have to do is keep him a couple days, take him around the town/city you live in, snap a few photos.

See? Rufus with the Mayor of Milton, the Member of Provincial Parliament for my riding, and a member of the Halton Board of Education for Milton.

    Re: Question to you all

Hi Nicci...Neat idea. As for Ruffus, he did originally start with the idea that the person would put something in and send it on to the next person and the next person would keep that object as a souvenir. I think a lot of people just leave the souvenir with Ruffus as his box is pretty full. But there are a few recipes and an object or 2 worth considering.
That does remind me, I'll be packing him up this weekend and I need to get a souvenir for mtbbrian...
I'll be looking forward to seeing your perspective when he gets to you!

You can always do your own, it's a lot of fun. I did another one where the girl sent an action sampler camera and a secret assignment. I can't wait to see the results of that one!
