The Power of Self, competition

Hey All,

I have entered a competition titled "the power of self" which is basically an art/photography online exhibit with the theme being self portraits. Having been working on a few myself lately, and with a few in the bag already from the past, I decided to give it a go and put up some work.

The competition is being curated by some high profile people including the Guggenheim Museum curator, Helen Hsu.

So I invite you to drop in and have a look at some of my works and if so inclined please take the time to enter your rating of my work. There is also a publics choice category involved as well and so the ratings will count. A rating can be placed once every 24 hours.

I usually do not enter these online exhibits but this theme came around at the right time for me and i felt compelled to put something out there.

As you may recall, I entered an Artist Wanted's competition a couple of years ago, and was voted one of the top 20 popular portfolios, largely in part of the support I got from the great PR.com community.
So come on, VOTE FOR Gary!!
Where ever you log onto PR.com make sure you vote. You can vote once a day from as many different computers as you do in your day.

Brian, when I entered this i realized that it was the same site that you had been involved with a couple years back. i remember you were one in the top 20. As I recall, didn't you have a slide show viewing at the gallery opening?

Thanks much, Jet. I think my work stands a good chance for some serious consideration and i'm hoping the ratings can bring the work to their attention. thats basically what happens with this, as they will have so many portfolios to sort through.

Submissions terminate at the close of January 14th and so i would imagine the rating/voting ends then too. When it officially stops, you will not be able to cast a rating so you will know. If it allows you to rate, then it is still on.
