Re: Post your b&w images - digital or film....

Here are a few of my favorite shots. Shot either on HP5 Plus or BW400CN. I love B&W!!! It can convey so much with so little. I'll post up more when I get the chance. I'm off to work

Great job! Your images are fantastic. I too love B&W. Viewing this thread, I think a lot of people here enjoy b&w. I'm just starting to get a feel for digital b&w - big learning curve.

Thanks for posting these shots. It almost makes me want to go back to film. I said almost.

    Looking forward to more.

I haven't done much with B&W lately, but the new camera does have a monochrome setting that also allows you to add b&w filters so I'm giving them a try. As soon as I read in the manual about this feature I stepped out my office door and grabbed a quick b&w with the red filter in place. Here it is, and I'll add a few oldies but goodies too.

Some more film. Agfapan Vario-XL (can be exposed at speeds between ISO 125 and ISO 1600) this batch exposed at ISO 400. This film expired before I had even been born btw.

I *love* BW, these pictures are all amazing! Wanted to add a few to the pot. The first two are edited BW in Photoshop but the last one was me trying out the BW feature in the camera:
