Pics from last Saturday's Easter egg hunt

I'm not usually very good at taking pics of people, but I think I got lucky with these... The kids BTW had tons of fun finding all the eggs. As usual, one of the grandmothers got out of control and brought over 200 alone, on top of all the eggs brought by the rest of the parents. I mean, it came down to people spreading eggs on the ground there were so many.

The first is of my oldest, counting his eggs. The second is of my middle child, who by chance was standing near me, and by an equal chance I had the inspiration to take the shot. It took about three tries, but I think this is the best even though I cut off part of his foot. I took these with my Sony F828 with a circular polarizer.

All in all, we had a real fun time hanging out with friends, finding eggs, eating candy, and taking tons of pictures.

    Re: A Portland Hunt

Man that's a drag. We REALLY lucked out with the weather. It's been cold/windy/rainy all season long, but just for that one day it was calm and warm.
