    That's great, Eric. Thanks for sharing that link. I love those images. There's a sad, nostalgic beauty in juxtaposing the old images against the new. There's a lot more to this than just showing how things have changed.

    Gave it a try

    My co-worker and I jump outside to give it a try. It was windy so the photo didn't stay still. We were also rushing a bit. It was fun to investigate the position of the original photographer. The original photo is from 1930.

    Canon 30D with a Tamron 18-200mm at F/22
