    An old idea ...

Hi all .. while I had an hour to kill I revisited a very old idea. This is not unique to me - variations have been around since the Ark, but maybe some of our newer members might not have seen it. It's a simple and effective idea. (The hardest bit was getting my wedding ring off for the shoot - it hasn't been off in years!)

    Cheers

Nice work Mike. I don't think I have seen it but I remember something close to it.

    Nice job on this Mike.
The old ring looks in good nic; one careful owner!

Nice work Mike. I was just thinking about this very idea a week or two ago. I never did set it up and shoot it though...

Your right I've seen many versions of this shot. However I don't think any stood above yours Mike. Nice work.
Don't forget about the Gallery. Are your photos there??

Nice work, Mike. I like how the shadow of the ring forms a heart.
I think there's just enough of the wedding ceremony there. I'd like to see more but then you'd lose the close up quality.
    Keep Shooting!
