    Old coal mining town

Franklin, WA. was a coal mining town about 100 years ago near what is now Black Diamond, WA. Last weekend my Bro in law found the old cemetery, today we found one of the old mine shafts. real scenic on the way out to the area on the quads.

Good stuff Jimmy. I love finding places like this. I am a real old cemetery freak and enjoy walking through them and photographing the tombstones.
Don't forget about the Gallery. Are your photos there??

My boys know where that cemetary is, Jimmy, and keep saying they'll show me where but haven't yet.
Hope when I get there, I'll get as nice of shots as you did.

Thanks for the comments, I plan on going back out there since I am living in the South end. Getting out to shoot when I can.
