    Off Camera Flash Fun

    I've been playing again....

    Now that I have a second SB-600 flash (1 SB800, 2 SB600s), I've been trying some off camera experiments.

    The setup.

    The Settings:
    Camera: Nikon D70s
    Lens: Nikkon AF 85mm f/1.8D
    Settings:
    *ISO - 200
    *Aperture - f/8.0
    *Speed: 1/125

    3 Nikon Speedlights, 2 SB600 1SB800
    Master - SB800 - TTL -0.3 (Lightsphere Clear)
    Fill - SB600 - TTL -1.3 (Built In defuser, tilted 45 degrees)
    Back - SB600 - M 1/128 (Lightsphere Cloud)

    The Result

Good lighting, been trying with the two that I have, a BB 800 and a SB600. Haven’t been able to get them to sync up yet. I don't seem to be pushing the right buttons.

Read the manual for the SB800, it'll tell you what to do, then just start experimenting! And thanks!
