    And now for Peter...

    Very difficult to get him to pose!! This was shot with a set of Britek BB-50 strobes, which I just might buy really cheap from a former photog who doesn't use them anymore. I can practice with these until I get good with learning how to set up the lighting properly, and then step up to something better. Let me know what you think.

    Oh, shot in RAW, f/1.8 @ 125th, adjusted color temp to 4900. Otherwise untouched except sharpening. Interestingly enough, my 550EX has been broken for about 3 weeks, so I thought if I would see if the Sunpack flash (the one that came with my Canonet) would trigger the strobes. Well, as you can see it does.

    nice ... little more dof to bring his nose in focus ...

    my inlaws have a giant schnauzer (spelling ?) that is black and I have the hardest time getting a nice pic of her ... found that a gray background really makes her stand out nicely .. in the morning i will try to remember to post the pic of her that I actually like

    dogs are nice when they cooperate for testing .. my dogs get their pics taken so often its unreal !
