    norrowed down..ish

iv been casually looking at buying a camera for a while now and done quite abit of research
, iv found the a650 , f30 and ixus 900, but still arent too sure which one to get i want to use it for general picture taking and want to get into photgraphy more, also ill be taking pictures of sports , fast action. mainly in light but maybe once a week at night. i also want to use the movie mode quite abit .
i like the flip out screen of the a640 very very much but no image stabilization
and i like the all roundednessof the f30 but is only 6.3 mp
and i like the 900 with IS but read some reviews saying its only good as an average user camera
which one of these should i get for fast actiong eg taking picture after picture quickly and good battery life , the least blur on action pictures and good movie mode ? please help sorry this is abit long
    cheers so much in advance,
    sam

careful with the Canon A6XX series, their lens seems to be inferior to that of the 5xx and 7xx series and the overall build quality feels cheapy.

Check out the A710IS and the A570IS.

Well unless your going to selling Stock Photos, you don't need to be worried about mega pixels as anything you purchase now new is at least 5 mega pixel. To get good 8 by 10 prints all you need is a sharp 3.3 mega pixel image. (Sharp = in focus, with good contrast, and good composition)

Stock Photo places require any were from a min. of 6 mega pixels up to 12 mega pixel, and even then they want a 32 meg or more uncompress file!
