I wish there was some way for me to get in close and get some PIX !!!!!

But, they have all the roads leading into the areas blocked off.

Yeah, run! Seriously, it sounds like a lot of the work being done by fire and rescue crews is getting people out who ignored the evacuation notices. They have their hands full and this midwesterner wouldn't want to get in the middle of that. Amazing shots at CNN too...

Exactly. I don't want to get in their way and hinder their efforts, but also want to get some good shots. I already have a few non-intrusive ideas though. They opened an island here to "large animals" like horses, etc: will take a look at that (could be another Noah's ark). A few other ideas too
