    A new toy!

    I have been looking for an excuse to get the EF 50mm f/1.8 lens for a long time, and that day is finally here. When cr_mmurillo posted his for sale, I jumped on it. I got it today, just in time for a wedding I'm shooting in the morning. I took the lens out for a test drive after work for a few minutes and here are a couple of shots from it. I'm really looking forward to playing with this lens some more!
