We've got a mini schnauzer at my house. great dog considering how little training he got.

    Re: New dog

yeah, we like the mini schnauzers

The whole family has one, and my sister now has two

I grew up with larger dogs and didn't know what to think, on one hand I was tired of cleaning after the large dogs, and i had the wrong idea that a small dog would be like a wimpy little thing not fun at all, but seems to be the best of both worlds, they are a lot of fun, and way easier to maintain. One very big advantage is that this guys do not shed

schnauzers are great dogs, had one growing up and he was really protective for a little guy. I would like to get a standard schnauzer at some point.
