    The "NEW" 50mm f/1.8 Lens War Thread!

    It's my turn now. I goy my 1.8 II yesterday, and I'm looking to start a fight. The rules from the last thread apply here. Only one difference. To spur on the competition between my fellow 50mm 1.8r's I am going to pick my favorite image posted in this thread and send the winner an 8x10 of one of my images!

    All shot today at 1.8 except the last one. That was shot at 2.8.

    Here's a couple from today. These are some our neighborhood kids. They saw me trying to take photos of flying birds and wound up wanting their picture taken. So I took advantage of the setting sunlight and took a couple quick snaps at f/2.8.
