I'm new here, so forgive me if this isn't in the right forum :-)
I'm going to be traveling domestically within the US about mid-October, and I plan to bring about 10-15 rolls of film and my film SLR with me. I've heard that x-rays will fog your film, and I've also heard that you can ask for it to be hand-inspected. Another option is lead-lined bags. What's my best option? I know definitely not to check the film.
Also with the new restrictions on what you can and can't bring on the plane, has anyone traveled recently with their camera or film? I'm nervous about having to check it but I'm not sure if they'd let me on the plane with my f100 in a carryon.
Thanks!
Dani
