    My Last Wedding

I was looking on my computer this week and noticed that I have quite a few wedding folders on it. And I have posted photo's from only a couple of them. Here are a few shots from my wedding last weekend.

The bride was lovely, the groom was love sick, and mom and dad enjoyed having everything come together smoothly.

    Re: My Last Wedding

I shot the actual ceremony from the balcony, 100 feet or more away, without flash, with my 80-200mm. The kiss was taken at 200mm.

I shot the usual bridesmaids on one side and groomsmen on the other side, then mixed them up. The bride's mom loved that!

The black and white was an attempt at a silhouette. I had my doubts that it would work well in the limo, but the biggest problem was the D300 itself. It picks up details! And no, I did not have active d-lighting selected. I took the exposure down then converted it to get this.

The bride getting out of the limo was Dawn's favorite shot. I'm not sure why, but she raved over this shot.

Let's try this with pictures! The first dance. The father-daughter dance. Sharing cake. A good time was had by all.

Don't know why you've received no comments until the spammer found it,(reported),, but I think this is the first time I've seen these shots. I don't think everything new always comes up when I click 'new posts'.
Shooting from the balcony sure gives a clear view.
Nothing about your photography but I'm really taken by the groom and father of bride.
    They look so much alike

These are really nice shots, Speed......

Being so far away had to be a challenge!

You captured some good moments - and it looks like you had a good time.
