Neat pics. How did you mount the camera? I remember a few from a year or so ago where you had a braket mounted on a roll bar I think.
Don't forget about the Gallery. Are your photos there??

    Re: My idea of fun

I went the last two years, next month will be my third trip.
Mounting is a culmann clamp from the travel set, upside down on the windscreen upper bar, with the camera hanging down inside the car upside down to keep the flies from hitting the lens.
I tried it with the camera outside and after 2 laps it was covered in dead flies and the photos useless.
I tried the suction mount, but it fell off after a few laps.
Must get another travel set so I can mount two cameras this year.

I learned from this not to put the camera outside. And that the Culmann will hold the Minolta A1 but not a 20D,
You can see the mount for the 20D reflected in my helmet ... took ages to get the flies off the rear of the body

I love the addition "This seat intentionally left blank". That made me LOL. Great photos - looks like fun. How fast do you go?

Glad you like it. I put that in because I am looking for a photographer passenger to fill that seat so I can drive instead of working the cameras as well.

Fastest on the flat is 110mph, not bad for a 700cc engine !
Though with some tuning I can get it from 80 to 110bhp it's not the top speed that's so bad on the track, but the acceleration out of the corners.
Top speed would be about 130mph downhill through Eau Rouge/Radillon if I had the courage and trust in the tyres.

    It's a Smart roadster coupe.
Only manufactured for a few years, now out of production.

That seat is still vacant, waiting for an assistant at this year's event.
