    my first wedding shoot

Most of the shots I took on Saturday were traditional poses but I did get the chance to take a few custom shots. These poses are hardly original (seen them at one time or another on this site) but thought they would be fun to share anyway.

    Ray,

Great shots. Love the one with the sunglasses, a nice neat touch. Second one is great too! Love the black and white, and nice effect on the first one!

    Dear Ray,

Glad to know you're still around. Number two and three are great. Both the fact that they are black and white, and the emotional connection in them. I don't go much for the softglow on number one, or the sunglasses, but you shot the wedding, not me . Great photos anyways.

    Nicely done Ray!

Black & White always adds something to photos. Very creative and non-traditional, excellent work.

    Talking Congratulations!

    Ray,

From the 3 shots you posted here, I would say you did a great job. Were you nervous being that it was your first time? Excellent work.

My favorites - also - are the b&w. However, this is just my personal preference. The first one is excellent - I just love B&W.

Great job from what I see here!

These are great. I really love the second one but they are all awesome I wouldn't guess this was you first wedding. I am sure the bride will be very happy.

Good to see you here, Ray! Beautiful photographs...especially that 3rd one...I really like the slight softness to it and the happiness in her face.

These are great shots. I like the unconventional look of the first one. And I LOVE the second one! Great capture! Looks like you are on your way as a wedding photographer!

    Re: my first wedding shoot

Thank you everyone for your comments!

Mahesh, it's great to see you here. Your quality photography belongs on this forum! I hope to see more from you.

Stina, I was nervous at first but that went away pretty quick as I began to check the images on my viewfinder and saw how nice they were coming out. The only bad thing was that there was another wedding party at the park before us and they had got to the best part of park to take photos!
